Five-Star LB Having Great Season
Brandywine (Md.) Gwynn Park linebacker Wesley Jefferson is having another amazing season as he leads his undefeated team. The recruiting process is progressing nicely for him as well.
"We're 9-0 so far," said the 6-foot-2, 230-pounder who is the No. 12 player (overall) in the country this year. "I don't really know my stats exactly but I think I have around 10 sacks and over 100 tackles. I know I had 16 tackles in our last game."

Jefferson has had more than 50 offers for quite some time now, but has it narrowed down to around eight lucky teams.
"I still have two officials set, one with Miami for Dec. 13 and one with Maryland for Dec. 20," he said. "I still need to set my last three and those will be between Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Hawaii and Virginia.
"I still don't have a leader. I'm staying open and I'm going to take all my visits to make the right choice."
Jefferson will set his last three visits over the next couple of weeks.
