Five-Star LB Has New Favorite
Linebacker A.J. Nicholson absolutely loved his official visit to Texas this past weekend.
“It was awesome,” said the 6-foot-2, 232-pounder from Winston-Salem (N.C.) Mount Tabor. “The atmosphere there was crazy. It was unlike anything I’d seen. Right now they’re number one for me, but they’re also my first official visit.”

So did he think about committing?
“Nah,” he said. “It was my first visit and I didn’t want to commit on emotion. I really liked it though.”
Next up for Nicholson is an official trip to Miami on November 23rd and then it’s off to Florida State on January 11th. His fourth visit will be to North Carolina on January 18th, the team he once committed to.
“I have no idea who I’ll take my fifth trip to,” he said. “I might not even need it.”
