The Florida schools don’t often lose out on top talent and Riviera Beach (Fla.) Suncoast cornerback Devin Hester is just that – top talent.
“Miami and Florida State are my leaders now,” said the 5-foot-11, 180-pounder who also plays running back. “After that it’s Virginia, Purdue and Missouri.”
Hester already has all of his visits set and wants to play early in college as a wide receiver.
“I’m going to Missouri on November 16th, Purdue on November 30th, Miami on December 7th, Florida State on December 14th and Virginia on January 11th,” he said. “Wherever I can play early and feel the most comfortable at is where I’ll end up.”
Hester ran for more than 900 yards on the season and caught passes for another 900+. On defense he had five interceptions and took one of them back for an 82-yard touchdown.
