Rasheem Green took his first official visit this past weekend to Oregon - a school he has visited before - and he said everything went well.
The five-star defensive lineman from Gardena (Calif.) Serra loved hanging out with the players and coaches and especially took notice to the game-day environment inside Autzen Stadium.
Green, rated as the No. 19 prospect in the 2015 class by Rivals.com, stopped short of calling the Ducks his outright leader but Oregon is definitely under serious consideration as his recruitment continues.
He had also taken an unofficial visit to Eugene this off-season.
"I really enjoyed seeing the game and getting to hang out with the players," Green said. "That's what really stood out.
"It is loud. It was a sold-out crowd. The fans are crazy. They're recruiting me really hard. I wouldn't say they're a leader but they're a school I could see myself at."
More visits are being planned by Green, rated as the fourth-best player in the California state rankings behind UCLA quarterback commit Josh Rosen, five-star cornerback Iman Marshall and Tennessee defensive tackle pledge Kahlil McKenzie.
Fifth on that list is Gardena Serra teammate John Houston who also accompanied Green on his trip to Oregon this weekend.
The five-star said a trip to Miami for the Florida State game in mid-November is being scheduled but has not been finalized yet.
"That still isn't official yet," Green said. "I still have to talk to my parents about it but I'm definitely going on some more trips."
A visit to Oklahoma for its regular-season finale against Oklahoma State could happen as well.
