Five lead for Florida receiver

Ft Lauderdale (Fla.) Cardinal Gibbons wide receiver Shawn Corker has not received offers from the three most prominent programs in the Sunshine State, but then again, he doesn't seem too worried about that.
The 6-foot-1, 183-pound receiver is perfectly content with the offer list he's currently holding onto.

Corker has received scholarships from Duke, Purdue, Tulane, Kentucky, Wake Forest, UCF, Texas Tech, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, FAU and FIU thus far.
"I went to UCF for a junior day about two weeks ago," Corker recalled. "I talked to the coaches and everything. It went really well.
"I'm taking a visit to Texas Tech on (April) 14, too. I'm looking forward to that one. I've talked to one of their coaches about once or twice a week so we're keeping in touch. I've talked to at least one coach from every school that's offered except for Duke. Duke was the first offer I got when I came back from school but I haven't talked to them. They called my coach and said they saw my highlight tape and liked it. They said they were offering but I haven't heard anything else from them since then. Everybody else has been in touch with me though."
Currently five schools are at the top of Corker's list.
"My favorites are Texas Tech, UCF, Ole Miss and Wake Forest," he said. "Actually, Kentucky offered two days ago so I'd say they're in my top five also.
"I'm guessing I might want to make my decision after our spring game. They're pretty even right now. I'm just gonna take visits to Texas Tech, Ole Miss and Wake Forest. Whichever school I like the most after that I'll probably commit to."
Corker said he believed Florida was close to offering but said he would not likely consider the Gators.
