Fisher not set to visit, yet

Richardson (Texas) Pearce running back Parrish Fisher continues to have a lot of schools calling him. The next step will be for the three-star rated running back to set his official visit list.
“Things are going pretty good,” the 5-foot-9, 204-pound Fisher said. “I’ve been getting a lot of calls. I think teams are starting to pick it up a little bit as their seasons continue to go on.”

The list of schools calling recently includes Kansas State, Georgia Tech, Colorado, Boston College, Iowa, Iowa State, Utah, SMU and Kansas. Despite the calls, Fisher does not want to call one school the favorite.
“I don’t really have one I want to put in that spot right now,” he said. “I would guess probably by the end of my season I’ll have one I want to put there. Right now I’m trying to focus on football.”
While Fisher has plenty of schools calling, he has not lined up any official visits.
“I have none set, yet,” he said. “Kansas State, Georgia Tech, Iowa, Iowa State have tried to get me to line up a date. But, right now, I don’t have any set.”
Pearce has a good season going through seven games.
“It is going pretty good,” he said. “We are 5-2 on the year. And we’re 2-1 in the district games. I feel like I’m doing pretty good. I don’t know the numbers. I’ve picked up my game a little bit since we started district play. My last game I had 251 yards rushing.”
