Fischer has one team on top

One ACC programs continues to be in the driver's seat for Columbia (S.C.) Spring Valley offensive lineman Kyle Fischer.
"From the schools that have offered me, N.C. State is my favorite," Fischer said. "I like the football program and the college."

The 6-foot-6, 280-pounder attended the Wolfpack spring game and had a good time.
"I loved it," he said.
Dick Portee is recruiting Fischer for the Pack.
Despite N.C. State being in front early, don't expect Fischer, who also holds offers from Vanderbilt and East Carolina, to make a decision any time soon.
"I'm going to try to wait to keep my options open," he said.
Just this week, coaches from Virginia, Virginia Tech and Miami (Fla.) all stopped by Spring Valley High to check out Fischer and several of his teammates.
Fischer projects as an offensive tackle at the next level.
"I'm aggressive off the ball," he said. "I also know my plays and can read what the defense is doing."
Fischer plans to attend the Clemson NIKE Camp on May 21 and that is the only camp he has planned at this time.
Robbie Caldwell is recruiting Fischer for Vandy. Phil Petty is his East Carolina recruiter-of-record.
