First visits set for three-star RB

Longview (Texas) Spring Hill three-star running back Jamario Thomas has finally started to get things on track when it comes to recruiting.
The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder has lined up his first two visits, according to his coach Steve Gaddis.

“He’s going to visit North Texas this weekend,” Gaddis said. “He’s really looking forward to the visit, and he’s hoping to have a really good time.”
After that Thomas, ranked as the nation’s No. 21 running back, is going to visit Texas Tech on January 23. The Red Raiders and the Eagles have both offered Thomas a scholarship.
“He would be a good fit in both offenses,” his coach said.
Arizona State, Arkansas, Colorado and Texas A&M have also been lined to the three-star running back.
Thomas’ teammate David Chatterton is still a solid Texas Tech commit, per his coach.
“He’s sticking with his decision,” Gaddis said. “He’s very happy.”
