First visit a hit for QB

Things are about to get very interesting for one of the South’s top quarterbacks – Omarr Conner of Macon (Miss.) Noxubee County. After taking one official visit this past weekend, Conner said he’s ready for more – maybe even three or four more.
“I was at West Virginia last weekend and it was off the hook,” Conner, who is 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds, said. “I would give it a nine or a 10. It was a lot of fun and great to meet a lot of new people.”

What else did he like about his time with the Mountaineers?
“The have a nice indoor complete and I was impressed with how the team hung out with each other,” Conner said.
But West Virginia was just his first stop on a tour that will take him to Mississippi State this upcoming weekend, Ole Miss on January 24 and then the final weekend is still up in the air.
“I’m thinking it’s probably Auburn, but Nebraska is talking to me too and I might check them out, too,” Conner said. “I’m not saying that I have a leader, but I like the visits. They’re fun.”
