First offers in for Saint Augustine safety

Recruiting is picking up considerably for Saint Augustine (Fla.) safety Rashard Hall, who recently picked up his first four scholarship offers, including one from a BCS bowl participant and another from an SEC program.
"I have offers from Marshall, Mississippi State, Buffalo and Louisville," he said. "I also have one from (Division I-AA) Presbyterian (S.C.) College. Recruiting is going really well. It's slowing down tomorrow because it's one of the last days of the spring evaluation period, but it's been going good."

The Cardinals and Bulldogs are two offers that stood out.
"Mississippi State and Louisville, I am real excited about them especially," he said. "Mississippi State is in the SEC."
That doesn't mean that he is limiting himself to those two choices.
"I talked with the coaches from all of them and all of them sound good," he said. "I'm just waiting for the offers to roll in."
Hall will attempt to gain more scholarship offers during the summer, when he attends several camps.
"I plan to go to some camps this summer," Hall said. "I know I am going to Georgia Tech, Tennessee and Florida and I want to get up to Vanderbilt, but I am not sure about that one. I talked to (Vanderbilt assistant) coach Jamie Bryant and he wants me to come up on June 3, but I am not sure about making it up for that."
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Hall had no offers less than two weeks ago. He had seven interceptions as a junior.
