First offer comes for Farley

Lancaster (Pa.) Manheim Township offensive guard Tim Farley picked up his first offer this week. Who pulled the trigger on the 6-foot-5, 279-pounder?
"He got an offer from Army on Wednesday morning," his father, Kevin Farley said. "Tim is excited about it. It's his first official and we believe a couple more will be coming in the near future possibly from Duquesne and maybe Hofstra. A lot of things are happening after he went to the Butler camp."

What did Farley show at camp to gain him an offer?
"From what I saw he showed good speed, hip movements, hand positions and explosiveness," he said. "We're looking to do one more camp too this weekend in Chicago."
With the first offer in hand, are there any leaders for the Keystone State lineman?
"To be honest, not at this point," he said. "He's working hard at what he's doing going to these combines and giving everything he's got. The only reason he's going to Chicago this weekend is to get the trophy there. We're going to wait and see who offers and then eventually go from there."
Besides the camp this weekend, the coming weeks will be hectic for Farley as he intends to head to camps at Pittsburgh, Penn State and Kent State to name a few.
