First offer comes for Crawley-Lambert

Offer No. 1 has come in for Midlothian (Va.) Cosby wide receiver Jainard Crawley-Lambert. The 5-foot-8, 175-pounder pulled the offer from the MAC.
"Temple offered on Wednesday," he said. "I like it. They've got a good law school and that's what I want to study. I love the coaching staff who came from Florida, they advancing the program and building a whole new addition to the weight room. They've got a pretty good team too. Plus, they are playing Penn State at Lincoln Financial and Notre Dame for two or three more years. I really like it."

Crawley-Lambert is being recruited as a hybrid slot receiver and running back.
The offer comes just days after a showing at their camp on Sunday.
"I love the coaching staff and my position coach, he's young and enthusiastic."
To date, Crawley-Lambert has taken in camps at Virginia Tech and East Carolina and plans to head to James Madison, Richmond and possibly Old Dominion soon.
"James Madison told me I was pretty close to getting an offer after that camp."
Crawley-Lambert posted 1,000-yards of offense and three interceptions on defense as a junior last season.
