Finch gets visits, starts to set camps

Colleges are coming in for Richmond (Va.) Henrico linebacker Sharif Finch. Three schools have already visited the 6-foot-4, 209-pounder earlier this week.
"On Tuesday, East Carolina, Virginia Tech and Maryland came by my school to watch me practice," he said. "Maryland told me I have good size for my age, especially being a junior. I'm a good-sized hybrid linebacker or tight end. Virginia Tech and East Carolina said much of the same."
Many of the schools want to see Finch come to camp.

"I'm probably going to get to a Maryland camp later on in the summer," he said. "I want to go to a Virginia camp as well.
"I think I'm going to a camp at Virginia Tech too. I think it's the Frank Beamer camp. All of the schools want me to come to camp."
In addition, Miami and Richmond plan to check out Finch later this month.
Trips are coming up and the Virginia linebacker is looking for a few things in a school.
"Diversity is the big thing," he said. "I like bigger schools and then education is a must."
Finch posted 161 tackles and 10 sacks as a junior last season.
