Final plans for Louisiana DT duo

The terrific defensive tackle tandem from Louisiana's
John Curtis Christian School are no closer to a final decision than they have

been in recent weeks, according to Patriots coach J.T. Curtis.
"Carnell Stewart (left in photo) is taking his last visit to USC this weekend," he said. "He picked USC over
Oklahoma for that last one.
"Ryan Watson
was thinking about going up to Michigan State, but he cancelled that visit and
stayed home instead. He said he wants to have this weekend free to sit down and
discuss things with his parents."
Stewart (6-6, 297, 4.75) is a four-star prospect rated
the No. 3 defensive tackle in the nation. He's considering Colorado, Florida,
LSU, Oklahoma State and USC. Watson (6-4, 283, 4.7) is a three-star player
ranked as the No. 26 defensive tackle. He's got Colorado, LSU, Miami and USC on his final list.
Any hunch on where they may land?
"Usually by this time, I have a pretty good idea,"
Curtis said. "But I really don't. I don't think the kids do, either. It could go all the way until Tuesday night or even Wednesday.
"I know LSU came in yesterday and spent a little time
with them. That went well. They're pushing pretty hard for both of them. We know
how much they'd like to see them stay here in state."
