Oakland McClymonds coach Alonzo Carter told his star players NaDerris Ward, Derrick Hill and Joshua Tatum not to string anybody along and not extend the recruiting process longer than it needs to go.
So each one of the four-star prospects have heeded his advice and began to set up all five of their official visits and now each of them has taken a monster step toward completing that task.
"We want these guys to make their decisions before Christmas," Carter said. "We don't want to get in a situation where we keep a team waiting on our guys and we don't want them to also get in a spot where they might have their offer pulled because they wait too long.

"So the guys have been working hard at filling out there schedule."
And for Ward, a four-star tight end that is 6-foot-5 and 247 pounds, the trips have been set. Florida is the fifth and final school that will get a visit from the nation's No. 3 tight end prospect.
"He's going to visit Florida on November 25," Carter said.
That then means his final five teams are – Georgia, who he's always listed high, Arizona, Florida, Oklahoma and Washington.
He starts the visits on September 23 with a visit to Washington. Then he heads to Arizona on October 21, followed by the visit to Georgia on November 18, Florida on November 25 and Oklahoma on December 9.
Tatum, a four-star inside linebacker, also has scheduled an official visit – his fourth and has his fifth trip in mind. Tatum, who is 6-foot and 219 pounds, will visit Tennessee on October 28.
Tatum is also likely going to take a visit to USC on December 2 when the Trojans host cross-town rival UCLA. Even if he doesn't go that date the Trojans appear to be dialed in for an official visit.
With visits already set to Miami (December 9), Michigan (October 14) and Oregon (November 18), the USC and Tennessee visits would eliminate Cal, Ole Miss and Oklahoma from his list.
Carter also said Hill, a four-star defensive tackle that is 6-foot-1 and 278 pounds, is expected to visit USC with Tatum in early December or at a later date.
