Farrier leaves door open to Florida, UK

After catching 56 passes as junior at Florida's Lake Nona High School, [db]Deondre Farrier[/db] went ahead and pulled the trigger on a commitment to USF.
Farrier knows his decision came quickly. He also feels confident about his choice. But that's not to say he's shutting things down completely. Just a junior in high school, the three-star prospect has some shopping around to do.

"I'm going to take some visits. For sure I want to visit Kentucky and Florida," Farrier said. "I don't have dates set up or anything, but I will."
Farrier already holds an offer from Kentucky but is yet to land an invite from Florida. Even if that comes, however, a commitment flip is not a sure thing. He chose the Bulls for a reason, after all.
"It was close to home," Farrier said. "It was close to my mom. Plus, I just liked the school and I liked the program."
But the 2015 prospect is as open to new offers as he is to taking additional visits. It's relatively early in Farrier's recruitment and new schools are getting involved as time passes. For now, his offer list stands at nine. It only a matter of time until it grows, though.
"Florida might be close to offering," Farrier said. "I'm not real sure about anybody else, but Florida seems close."
Farriers current BCS-level offers are from USF, Cincinnati and Kentucky. He committed to the Bulls on Dec. 6.
