Farrell is ready to decide

Pittsburgh (Pa.) Shady Side Academy offensive tackle Mike Farrell made his way to the MAC this weekend. The 6-foot-5, 285-pounder headed to Miami (Ohio) for a second official visit.
"It was a really nice trip," he stated. "I was hosted by Nate Williams and spent most of the weekend with him and his roommates. He told me how close the entire team is with each other and I saw that over the weekend.

"Besides hanging out with him, I went to a couple restaurants and a few of the player's houses. I also met with the coaches, particularly Coach Cooper who took me around."
How was Farrell's meetings with the coaches?
"I had an X's and O's meeting with the offensive line coach," he stated. "I also met with the head coach before I left. They told me that a lot of linemen are graduating the next couple years and it's a good time for me to come in since the team is young and on the rise."
Overall the two-star prospect rated the trip a nine.
What is next for him?
"I'm trying to make my decision this week between Penn State and Miami (Ohio). I was hoping this weekend's visit would make things easier, but it really made things tougher."
