Falah wants to be tested at Army Bowl
Nico Falah and his Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco team play an ultra-competitive schedule in Southern California, but the USC commit wants to test himself even more.

He'll get that chance at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
The 6-foot-4, 267-pound four-star offensive tackle will face high-level Division I players across the defensive line and Falah said he's looking forward to the challenge.
He sees it as an opportunity to prove his talent.
Rated as the No. 16 offensive tackle and No. 172 in the 2013 class by Rivals.com, Falah was presented with his Army game jersey during a presentation at his high school on Tuesday.
"It's a big honor," Falah said.
"It's actually been one of my goals since the off-season. I wanted to get in one of the All-Star games and I picked the biggest one. When I heard I was selected it was a big surprise to me and I'm really excited about it."
Competition is one of the main focuses for Falah when he arrives in San Antonio. He also wants to bond more with his potential future teammates since a bunch of other Trojan pledges are playing in the Army game as well.
USC currently has the top-rated class by Rivals.com. Five five-star recruits are in the group.
"I just want to be around the guys, a lot of USC commits will be there so I want to be around them and get a good relationship with them and play against the best," Falah said. "I want to go against some of the best players from the East, too.
Falah, rated as the No. 21 prospect in California, said his commitment to USC remains firm but he's not necessarily pushing other recruits to join him. That's fine since at the moment the Trojans are pretty much loaded for this class.
"I'm letting people make their own decisions," Falah said.
Some other official visits could happen for Falah, since he's planning to take a trip to Cal sometime after the season. He's also considering going to Washington, but he's unsure of the date. An official visit to USC is expected in January.
Earlier in his recruitment, Falah might have been considered a soft commit who was seriously looking at other programs, but as his senior season continues the St. John Bosco standout said his pledge is 100 percent.
"I'm firm 100 percent to USC," Falah said. "I don't think I'll de-commit. I'm firm to USC.
"I have a call every Wednesday night with coach (James) Cregg, the offensive line coach. We're building a good relationship and I'm good with all the coaches there. I try to drop by USC as many times as I can."
