Faison drawing interest

Tampa (Fla.) Cambridge wide receiver Damarcus Faison has picked up one early offer, and is beginning to draw interest from Division I schools.
"Liberty offered me," Faison said. "I've heard from a lot of Division II and Division III schools. Also Princeton and some others like San Diego State."

The 6-foot-5, 185-pound wideout believes that San Diego State may be the next school to tender him an offer.
"I think they are close to trying to setting something up for me," Faison said. "Coach Tony White, he is a coordinator and coaches defensive backs, we sent him film and he said they are going to evaluate me further and make a decision from there."
At this point, the Central Florida prospect has yet to take any visits or schedule any upcoming trips.
"I haven't planned any trips yet," Faison said. "I am just going to wait and see who else shows interest in me before I start doing any of that."
As a junior, Faison had 23 receptions for 377 yards and four touchdowns.
