Recruiting wrap: Tennessee seems to hold a slight edge for Wade’s services but Pittsburgh and Penn State are in the mix. Ohio State is slipping. UCLA, Oklahoma, Mississippi State will get visits.

Performance: Wade was just as dominant on Saturday as usual. He is a very smart defender and knows when to give a cushion to receivers or to press them. Wade is very physical. He is very explosive when breaking on passes and has a good sense of timing to break up passes and grab interceptions.

Recruiting wrap: Carter holds offers from Auburn, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Memphis.

Performance: Carter made the race for Defensive Back MVP close. He showed that he has a knack for making big plays. Carter hauled in three interceptions and two of them were very impressive. He caught one while falling out of bounds and another when he jumped a crossing route.

Recruiting wrap: Minnesota, Syracuse, Iowa State, Indiana, and many others have offered Bowens.

Performance: Quarterbacks and wide receivers had a tough time dealing with Bowens’ length. His 6-foot-1 frame and long arms helped him jam receivers at the line of scrimmage and reach passes that the quarterbacks weren’t expecting. Performances like the one he turned in on Saturday could help him earn more Power Five offers.

Recruiting wrap: Mullins holds offers from Wisconsin, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Kentucky, and many others.

Performance: Mullins’ combination of size and quickness made life tough on interior offensive linemen. He gets off the line so fast and uses his hands so well. If Mullins’ first move didn’t work, he had the athleticism to get to his countermove.

Recruiting wrap: Syracuse and Cincinnati have offered Square.

Performance: Square had one of the highest ceilings out of all the linebackers in attendance. He won the Linebacker MVP award in a tight race but coming up with a couple interceptions helped tip the scales in his favor. Square has great athleticism and is very fast but still needs to be more instinctual.

Recruiting wrap: Phillips’ most recent visit was to Kentucky. Ole Miss, Oregon, Oklahoma, and a few others are in great position with Phillips.

Performance: Phillips took a ton of reps and won the large majority of them. He was super physical with running backs and tight ends and was able to disrupt their routes on multiple occasions. Phillips runs very well in the open field and was able to limit the separation between him and the running backs and tight ends.

Recruiting wrap: Akron and Miami (OH) are the first two offers for Daniel.

Performance: Daniel has a very bright future despite only having two offers. He is very fast, has fluid hips and isn’t afraid to get physical with bigger receivers. Daniel made some very nice plays down the field, including a couple leaping pass break-ups.

Recruiting wrap: Jones currently holds offers from Wisconsin, West Virginia, Indiana, Iowa, Louisville, and many others.

Performance: There is a lot to like about the way Jones played. He knows how to use his length to his advantage and breaks on the ball well. Jones was very physical with wide receivers and had a couple nice pass break-ups over the middle of the field.

Recruiting wrap: West Virginia was the first offer for Stills and many more are coming.

Performance: There wasn’t a most explosive interior defensive lineman at the camp than Stills. Many times he was already halfway in the backfield before the offensive lineman was out of his stance. Still had good hand moves and was supremely athletic for a defensive tackle. He had a very nice counter spin move.

Recruiting wrap: Buffalo, Toledo, and Western Michigan have offered Terry.

Performance: Based on his performance, Terry’s recruitment should be more hectic. He was very good in coverage and moved well in the open field and during drills. In one-on-ones, Terry came up with an interception and multiple pass break-ups.

Recruiting wrap: Gregory’s first offer was from Maryland but more schools will jump onboard soon.

Performance: Gregory is one of the rising starts in the Mid-Atlantic. He has a ton of potential and showed off his progress Saturday. Gregory is very aggressive, strong, and plays with an attitude. He doesn’t have many deceptive moves, but offensive linemen had a hard time stopping his forward momentum.

Recruiting wrap: Zandier holds offers from West Virginia, Syracuse, Toledo, and many others.

Performance: The way Zandier moved in the open field caught a lot of peoples’ attention. He has a pretty lean frame with a lot of room to add muscle, but he played with a lot of physicality. Zandier didn’t let running backs or tight ends get separation and he made a lot of plays on the ball.

Recruiting wrap: McDuffie is committed to Syracuse.

Performance: McDuffie is another linebacker with a lean frame and good speed. He was good at covering the running backs and had an interception. McDuffie has a lot of room to fill out his frame and added strength could help him disrupt the timing between the quarterbacks and their receivers.

Recruiting wrap: Tennessee and Vanderbilt have already offered Walker.

Performance: Walker is just a freshman but he seems to have a very bright future. He had an up-and-down day but he won reps against Jacoby Stevens and Donovan Peoples-Jones, two of the highest rated players in the country. Walker is a bit skinny right now but his length is a huge asset and it should become more and more useful to him down the line.

Recruiting wrap: Johnson holds offers from Penn State, Nebraska, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and many others.

Performance: Johnson is one of the highest rated players in country and his skill set is impressive. His performance was a little inconsistent, but he did have a couple pass break-ups. Johnson’s technique was crisp and he was a tough match up for nearly all the wide receivers.
