Evans sets final two visits

Union City (Calif.) James Logan athlete Rashad Evans has visited Utah and Fresno State the past two weeks and will take visit No. 3 to Pac 10 country this weekend. Evans will take one more trip in January before making his college choice.
Evans, 5-9, 160 pounds is one of the best two way players in the state. We always pictured him as a corner in college but he's actually being recruited as a receiver and that is his preference as well. As for his visits, Evans said he had a great time at both campuses.

"I really liked both and can see myself being comfortable at either college college," Evans said. "I had a real nice time at Fresno State and really bonded well with the all the players. That was probably the highlight for me, just hanging out with the guys on the team and everyone being real cool with each other.
"I like the offense there too and I like the depth chart. They talked to me about coming in and playing slot receiver and that's what I want to do. Early playing time is important to me and I think at both Fresno State and Utah I would have that opportunity.
"This weekend, I'll be taking a visit to Oregon and then my last visit will be to Cal on (Jan. 4). That will be it for me, I'm just taking these four trips and then I'll be ready to make my decision. Utah and Fresno State have already come in for home visits and Oregon and Cal said they'll be coming in as well."
