Three-star Norman (Okla.) North outside linebacker Jordan Evans continues to see the offers mount as he progresses through the 2012 season.
Saturday night a new program entered the mix, giving Evans his latest bit of good news on the recruiting front.

"I just picked up an offer last night from Colorado State," Evans said. "That's the newest news. That's seven offers."
The 6-3, 210-pound standout defender now holds offers from South Dakota State, New Mexico, Air Force, Navy, Memphis, Ohio, and Colorado State. His newest offer is something he plans to research.
"The news is cool," Evans said. "I haven't really talked to Colorado State that much, but they offered and showed interest and I'm going to show interest back."
In addition to those who have offered, Evans continues to hear from the likes of Oklahoma and Oregon State who have let him know they continue to evaluate him.
Evans continues to take his time with the recruiting process, and is not ready to name any leaders right now. However, he has scheduled an official visit to New Mexico and has a few other visits currently on his schedule.
"I have New Mexico set up for December 14," Evans said. "Then I have some tentative ones I'm going to try and go to. It just depends on if I can make it or not. Ohio is December 8. Memphis wants to set up an official visit but we haven't set a date. Then Colorado State said November 30."
Evans is currently ranked No. 39 among outside linebackers and No. 5 in the Oklahoma Top 20.
