Union, S.C. offensive lineman Eric Young is back from his final official visit. So how did he like Chapel Hill, N.C. and the Tar Heels?
"He came back and went right back out to see his girlfriend," said his uncle, Ernest, after the 6-foot-4, 260-pounder's official visit to UNC this past weekend. "Eric told me he liked North Carolina and said the area was beautiful and the academics are what he's looking for. He's really confused right now."
Young had committed to Tennessee during his official visit to Knoxville last weekend. Is he still committed?
"No, I don't think he knows where he's going right now," his uncle said. "Eric has really liked every official visit he's been on and I think it's going to be a tough decision. I know he's still considering Tennessee, Clemson and South Carolina and now North Carolina is in there. He'll have trouble deciding."
Young is expected to make his final decision on Signing Day.
"I think that's when he'll know as well," he said. "The next few days he can just sit back and think and talk it over with his coaches. The next couple of days will be good for him."
