Eno Benjamin releases Top 10. Who has the best chance to land him?

The Latest: Four-star Texas running back Eno Benjamin released his Top 10 schools on Monday evening. Several local and recently-visited programs made the cut, but several others outside the top group remain in the hunt. Benjamin is planning on attending the Rivals Camp Series event in Dallas on March 19, where Rivals.com will have the opportunity to further discuss his options with him.

In His Words: Outside of his Top 10, Benjamin also says that Texas Tech, West Virginia, Arizona State, Boise State, and Iowa State are all still in the picture.

Rivals Reaction: Benjamin has taken recent visits to Northwestern, Michigan and Iowa, and the three Big Ten teams clearly made a strong impression. Ohio State was also among the recent visits, but the Buckeyes have yet to offer. Local schools Houston, SMU and Baylor aggressively recruit the state, but with Michigan's recent recruiting success and Iowa's brush with the College Football Playoff last season, the lure of a top Big Ten team could prove too much to resist.

Benjamin's running style seems to be a natural fit for many of the teams in his Top 10. As patient as he is decisive, Benjamin does a good job of picking out cracks behind his offensive line and getting through them with no wasted movement. He has a great sense of defenders around him in space and is a legitimate threat in the passing game.

At Iowa, Benjamin will certainly get the workload every-down running backs crave, but between his skill set and opportunity, he could find himself as a more dynamic playmaker for Michigan or Baylor. With all three schools playing a prominent role in his recruitment as of late, of his newly released Top 10, those figure to be the top three programs in race.
