English schedules two officials

Louisville (Kent.) Trinity offensive tackle Tyler English claims five scholarships. The 6-foot-4, 280-pounder has set up two official visits for later this month as he waits to see if more schools will offer.
"I have offers from Western Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Miami (Ohio), Air Force and Western Kentucky," he said. "Right now it's kind of between Western Kentucky and Miami (Ohio).

"I'm also still talking to TCU and NC State. I'm waiting to see what happens, I could get offered by them."
What are TCU and NC State saying?
"TCU offered a guy in Texas if that guy commits to Texas then they'll offer me," he said. "NC State was really interested, but I haven't talked to them since the dead period. They say they are very interested. I don't know what'll happen with them though."
English has visits set to Miami (Ohio) on January 20th and Western Kentucky on January 27th.
Previously, Virginia Tech was looking.
"They would have probably been my top pick because I love their campus and coaches, but they said they are focused on defensive guys. They'll contact me if something changes."
Meanwhile, a decision isn't that far offer.
"I'm probably going to commit after the Western Kentucky visit after the 27th. There isn't much time between then and Signing Day."
