Roswell (Ga.) athlete Garrett Embry has received his second written scholarship offer in the mail as an out-of-state Conference USA program joins Baylor in offering the 6-foot-2, 200-pounder.
"Central Florida sent me an official written offer yesterday," Embry said.
The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder has made several unofficial visits to Southeastern Conference programs during the past several weeks.

"I've been all over the place," he said. "I've had great comments from Alabama, South Carolina and Auburn about my film."
Embry has another unofficial scheduled for the end of this month.
"I will be flying out to Baylor on March 31 for their junior day," he said.
Georgia Tech, Boston College, Florida, Indiana and Northwestern also have shown interest in Embry, who posted a solid 4.5-second shuttle time at the Atlanta NIKE Combine in February.
Embry caught 15 passes for more than 300 yards during his junior season. On defense, he had more than 30 tackles and three interceptions.
A versatile athlete, Embry could potentially play safety or receiver in college.
