Elite 2010 receiver has leaders

There isn't much missing from the offer list of Dallas (Texas) Skyline wide receiver Mike Davis. The 2010 prospect seemingly has offers from every big name program in the country in his pocket. Recently Davis picked up two more names to add to his list.
"Michigan offered me," Davis said. "I'm interested in them. Kentucky offered me too."

Though Davis has some interest in the Wolverines, he isn't quite ready to place them at the top of his list. In fact, Davis is already starting to figure out which schools are near the top for him.
"I already got my top choices," he said. "I've got in my mind who I like. LSU is my top school. I think Florida is fixing to give me an offer. Oklahoma is a top school too. Those are my top three and I like Texas Tech."
Davis also added Notre Dame to his list of favorites. The diverse group doesn't have much of a common theme except all are recruiting at a high level.
"They are just the schools that I could see myself playing at really," he said. "They're really more valuable than the other offers. Some of them are academics. Some are great programs and I feel like it fits me out of the schools. I won't have any regrets or anything if I go to any one of them."
With seemingly every school in the country offering him, there are only two programs left out there – in addition to Florida – that Davis is eyeing for an official offer.
"USC and Ohio State and that's about it," Davis said. "Both of them send people to the League and that's what I'm trying to do. They both have great academics too."
While he is currently starring on the basketball court, Davis has tentative plans to attend LSU's junior day on the 28th of February. It would be his first time on the LSU campus and his second Junior Day after visiting Texas earlier this month.
