Eliades delays Notre Dame official

Rivals250 offensive guard Lou Eliades was planning to take an official visit to South Bend for the Southern Cal-Notre Dame game this weekend. The 6-foot-4, 286-pounder was unable to make the trip. We caught up with the Ocean (N.J.) Ocean Township prospect to find out why.
"I had my game rescheduled for Saturday due to the weather up here," he said. "I called Notre Dame's coaches and told them I wouldn't be able to make it and I'm planning to call them back soon to reschedule. I'm not sure when they have another home game and if it will work out with my team.

"I did get to see the highlights of the game on ESPN though. I thought it was great and for the short amount of time Charlie Weis has been there its amazing what he's done. Then when you consider the recruiting classes he's bringing in, they're going to be a powerhouse over the next few years."
Currently, the four-star prospect next official visit is Virginia Tech on November 5th.
"I just want to see the game day atmosphere on all of my visits and see how the players are," he said. "I plan to take my visit still to Notre Dame and possibly one to Penn State also. I have Maryland and Virginia on my mind as well if I do take a fifth official."
This season Eliades and the Spartans are off to a 4-2 record.
Lou Eliades VideoClick "We played Brick Township Memorial in a pretty bad loss 35-0," he said. "They are the No. 9 team in the state and it was pretty tough. I still think I did pretty well out there especially for missing two weeks because of my staff infection. It was my first game back and everything was pretty good. My foot wasn't the problem for me in the game, the only thing that kept me down was my wind."Here to view this Link.
