Elam looking forward to UK visit
High three-star Elizabethtown (Ky.) John Hardin defensive tackle Matt Elam has five schools that are standing out, but if Kentucky fans have their way he'll stay close to home.
Elam is scheduled to be on campus for Kentucky's camp on July 19 and also said he hopes to visit Alabama in the near future.

"I'm looking forward to building on the relationships that I have," Elam said of his expectations for the trip. "That's the main focus in this stage of recruiting; being a great judge of character."
Elam has been busy this summer and said he's planning at least one more visit to Alabama before the summer is over.
After that, he's shifting his focus to his upcoming senior season.
"I'm trying to plan officials now," he said.
Despite a strong push from several schools, Elam said he's still planning on waiting awhile before announcing a commitment.
