Eger picks up new offer

Offensive tackle Pat Eger has been drawing a lot of attention to Jefferson Hills (Pa.) Thomas Jefferson in recent weeks. He's picked up a new offer and plans on visiting a couple of schools further south soon.
Eger already held an offer from West Virginia, but a new school has joined the mix.

"I got an offer from Maryland the other week," he said. "I mean, West Virginia and Maryland are my offers right now so I'd say they're my favorites.
"I've only seen Pitt and West Virginia so far, so I'm planning on taking a trip in the next week or two. I'll have a better idea after I see more."
Though West Virginia and Maryland are the first two schools to offer, he's been in touch with a couple of other programs.
"Pretty much I've been talking to West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, Pitt and Michigan State," he said. "That's about it for right now."
At 6-foot-6, 260-pounds, Eger has plenty of room for growth. If he performs well at summer camps he could see that offer list grow.
