"At the end of July I'm going out to Iowa again. And Purdue in early August.
"Right now I have a top three, not in any order, of Iowa, Purdue, and Georgia Tech. Then everybody else is together.
"Others that could be in my top five would be Illinois for instance. Then a few schools like Louisville, Boston College, and Stanford.
"My top five is going to be schools that have offered.
"I want to get my list down to possibly two by the time the season starts. But I don't want to rush anything.
"I think I'll probably take a couple official visits."
The 6-foot-4, 215 pound Edds made 70 solo tackles and had 69 assists during his junior season. He registered four sacks and intercepted four passes. Edds in the No. 4 prospect in the state of Indiana in the Rivals.com player rankings.
