East Texas star makes pick
Tatum, Texas, two-star weakside defensive end Clarence Leatch had been torn between Houston and TCU for quite some time, but after an official visit to TCU this weekend the debate is over.

"I liked everything about TCU from the school to the football team," Leatch, who is 6-foot-5 and 210 pounds, said. "I was still kind of iffy about my decision until I got in there and got to hang with the football team.
"It was them that sold me. I wanted to also go somewhere that I can win. It was between tem and Houston, and it was a tough decision. But TCU is a great place and the visit proved that to me."
Leatch said he's excited about his future in the Horned Frogs 4-2-5 defense.
"I like the 4-2-5 defense because it's the perfect fit for me," Leatch said. "I like it because I get to hit people."
