East St. John WRs consider officials

Wide receiver Louis Lee out of Reserve (La.) East St. John still has a lone offer from Illinois, but the 5-foot-10, 165-pounder has been receiving interest from another school. Who is the two-star prospect talking to and how interested are they?
"I've been talking to the coaches from Southern Miss and I think they're very close to offering," he said. "They just have told me they need a little more film and it'll happen. I plan to go out there and visit the campus sometime too. I do like them though from what I've seen on TV."

Lee continues to have Illinois leading for his services.
This season Lee has hauled in 30 receptions for 200 yards and 10 touchdowns.
"I can tell I'm a whole lot better on the field as I'm a lot stronger, quicker and I block better."
Another receiver to keep an eye on from East St. John is 5-foot-10, 159-pounder Roy James. He knows one school he'll be taking an official visit to.
"I haven't gotten any offers yet, but I plan to at least take an official to Southern Miss," he said. "I like them because one of my former teammates goes there and it's kind of close to home. I also like what I see from them on TV, they're pretty good.
"I've also been getting a lot of attention from Texas A&M and Texas Tech. Arkansas came to our game last week and has been showing some interest too, but none of the schools has called me."
This season James has hauled in 30 catches for 600 yards and four touchdowns.
"I can tell I'm a whole lot quicker this year and doing a lot better at my blocking," he said. "Our team continues to do enough to keep winning and that's good at least."
