Recruiting wrap: The four-star dual-threat quarterback made it clear this weekend that USC is his leader and UCLA is in the second spot in his recruitment. What’s interesting is that the Honolulu St. Louis recruit does not seem in a rush at all to make a decision and could take official visits before a pledge. Tagavailoa loves the USC system and its coaching staff while at UCLA he’s super close with new offensive coordinator Marques Tuiasosopo.

Prediction: USC

Recruiting wrap: Tennessee, Arizona State, Boston College and Utah are recruiting Sears the hardest and a round of upcoming visits could further help him with the decision-making process. Sears, who won the QB Challenge on Sunday, is supposed to see Tennessee, Boston College, Duke, Vanderbilt, Northwestern and Notre Dame. The Vols could be tough to beat, but watch out if Notre Dame comes through with an offer.

Prediction: Tennessee

Recruiting wrap: White had a fantastic sophomore season at Mission Hills (Calif.) Alemany and now paired with 2018 stud RB T.J. Pledger in Chaminade’s offense should be something special. Pledger likes USC a lot, so there’s a good chance the Trojans could go on White as well because he’s a great pocket passer who has a live arm and is super accurate. But, for now, with his brother, Brady White, at Arizona State, the Sun Devils have to have a slight edge.

Prediction: Arizona State

Recruiting wrap: Thompson-Robinson is the backup to four-star Texas A&M quarterback commit Tate Martell at powerhouse Las Vegas Bishop Gorman, but he’s talented and dynamic, so much so that he could probably start at a majority of high school programs across the country. Colorado State and UNLV have offered, but many Pac-12 schools are interested and Thompson-Robinson said a recent visit to UCLA really impressed him. If the Bruins offer, that would be huge in his decision-making process down the road.

Prediction: UCLA

Recruiting wrap: Garbers’ recruitment really remains in flux with a bunch of new interest coming in from Cal, Vanderbilt, Texas A&M, Tennessee and others. In the coming weeks, he’s expected to visit Washington, Washington State, Boise State, Colorado and Colorado State. At this point, neither Washington nor Colorado has offered, but if he lands one on those trips then his recruitment could drastically change.

Prediction: Washington State
