Eagles add inside help

The Boston College Eagles added some much needed inside help along the defensive line with their latest commitment.
"I committed to BC on Wednesday night," said Washington Township (N.J.) Westwood defensive tackle B.J. Raji. "Rutgers was here on Thursday because they felt they needed a fair chance to talk to me and my parents as well, but I'm still going to BC. My parents love BC, I love BC and it gives me the best chance academically and athletically to succeed."

Raji, who also had offers from Rutgers and Wisconsin, had 80+ tackles as a senior with five sacks. The 6-foot-2, 295-pounder will compete right away in the middle of the BC defensive line for playing time.
"Coach (Keith) Willis told me they need interior linemen and they usually grow them from defensive ends," he said. "But they liked my size and think I can fit right away. I really liked coach Willis, coach (Bill) McGovern and Tom O'Brien."
