EA SPORTS Elite 11 Recap: Jake Christensen

Lockport, Ill., quarterback Jake Christensen had a strong showing at the EA SPORTS Elite 11 quarterback this past July.
In fact, it's probably not a stretch to say the talented lefty was among the top five signal callers during the week if not higher.

Here's a final, post-camp recap of the Iowa bound signal caller:
It will be a major surprise if Christensen isn’t starting at Iowa by his sophomore year no matter who else is on the roster. The more you watch him, the more impressed you are with the talented signal caller. Having a former NFL quarterback as a father has obviously paid off because Christensen is way above the curve in terms of his natural feel for the game and how sharp he was on the chalk board all week.
As we said earlier at the camp, Christensen gets it. He knows what it takes to be a successful quarterback at the next level and has all the physical tools to get him there.
He has a rifle arm and throws the fade and touch passes as good as anyone. He’s so quick with his decision making, takes as good a drop as you’ll see and is very accurate.
In fact, he won an award, as voted upon by the counselors, as the most accurate quarterback in the camp.
