Dutch sets decision date

Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga wide receiver Doug Dutch is ready for a busy week as he prepares to announce his decision on Friday.

"I have most of the head coaches coming in this week for one final conversation," said the 6-foot-0, 200-pounder. "I have coach Carr (Michigan) and coach Groh (Virginia) both coming to my house on Wednesday and coach Zook (Florida) coming to my school that day. Coach Friedgen comes to my house on Thursday and that's it. Coach Coker (Miami) was supposed to come in last week but his tickets got messed up. I'm not sure when he'll be in if at all."

Dutch is set to announce his decision this upcoming Friday (Jan. 23) and is considering all five of his favorites.

"It's going to be tough," he said. "I liked all my visits and could see myself at each place. I can't name a favorite right now."
