Duplessis ready to respond to injury

The 2008 season couldn't have started off better for New Orleans (La.) O.P. Walker running back Tyrone Duplessis. The 5-foot-6 181-pound back kicked off his senior season with a 216 yard performance on 20 carries in the first game of the year. After that things went downhill as a sprained knee has kept Duplessis out and on the sidelines for the past three games.
"The season is going great," Duplessis said. "We're 3-2. I've missed three games. I'm playing this week though. They've been doing pretty good without me. They've gone 2-1."

Despite the early injury, Duplessis is getting plenty of attention from college coaches and five schools have been communicating with him the most.
"I'm hearing from North Carolina, Southern Miss, ULM, ULL and LSU," he said. "I'm looking for a good study program, good facilities and everything. Also I want to know what's their graduation rate. I like all of the schools that are recruiting me."
Already Duplessis has been on unofficial visits to games at Southern Miss and LSU but he has yet to set up any official visit plans. Likely he will attend to those following the season.
Are there any schools that Duplessis would like to get some increased interest from?
"Clemson and West Virginia," he said. "I like their running game."
