Duncan is starting to contemplate officials

Three-star running back Jela Duncan has taken just a pair of visits this summer. The 5-foot-10, 190-pounder is planning on heading to one more school this week before focusing back on the season.
"I'm going down to South Carolina on Friday," he said. "I've been once before for the spring game. They haven't offered yet, but they told me they want to see some of my games from this year."

Prior to this trip, Duncan made visits to Duke and NC State last month.
"They went really well," he said. "I liked duke, I liked what the coaches had us doing up there. Coach Cutcliffe and I have a really good relationship. I just like how they run their program, everything is sharp, it was real."
What about NC State?
"They haven't offered and they didn't really say much."
Duncan is up to 13 scholarships now and is beginning to contemplate official visits.
"I'm definitely taking an official up to Duke and probably Pittsburgh," he said. "Those are the two solid ones right now. I like what they are doing at Duke as I mentioned. I just want to see what Pittsburgh is like. I've talked to their head coach and he's all about winning."
The season is quickly approaching for Duncan as Mallard Creek opens up against Butler on August 19th.
