Duncan checks out Washington

Westlake Village (Calif.) Westlake defensive lineman Tyrone Duncan took his third official visit of the year this past weekend to Washington. The big tackle will take one more visit this coming weekend and then it will be decision time.
Duncan, 6-2, 300 pounds had a very solid season earning 1st team all-county and all-CIF and 3rd team all-state honors after totaling 39 tackles and eight sacks.

Duncan has previously visited San Diego State and Utah and said he loved his time in Seattle.
"Washington is a great school," Duncan said. "Dan Howell was my host and we got along great. I really liked all the players and being able to sit down one on one with Coach Willingham was probably the highlight of the trip for me.
"It snowed while I was there and that was something I wasn't expecting. It was pretty cold but we had fun with it. The campus is real nice and I liked the city of Seattle a lot. It's not as big as Los Angeles, but it's not a small town either, it's right in the middle and that's perfect for me.
"Washington still hasn't offered me yet. They said they like me a lot but they're still waiting on some other players. Right now, my plan is to make my visit this weekend to Fresno State and then make my decision sometime next week.
"I don't have a leader right now. All the schools are pretty much equal and no one has been eliminated. Fresno State will be coming over for a home visit tomorrow and San Diego State will be by Wednesday. Washington is coming Wednesday to my school as well."
