Ducks closing strong

Three-star strongside defensive end Thor Pili (6-5, 240, 4.7) from Orem (Utah) Timpanogos recruitment came to an end this week and under tough circumstances. Pili, a devout member of the Church of Latter Day Saints, prayed and fasted over this very tough decision.
The decision came down to Oregon and Utah, but he had offers from Kentucky, Brigham Young, Arizona State, Oregon State, Stanford, and Nebraska.

“I broke it at around 5:00 o’clock and it was Oregon,” Pili said.
The Ducks get another good one as they are closing on one of their best classes in years.
Pili is a player who only knows one speed and is full-speed. He has motor that never quits and always gives 100%.
Pili racked up 88 tackles and was a monster rushing the quarterback accounting for 14 sacks.
