Dublanko back from Pac-12 trips
Joel Dublanko was sick and couldn't compete in the RCS Northern California this past weekend but he was still in town and took unofficial visits to Cal and Stanford.

Neither offered the 2016 linebacker from Aberdeen, Wash., but both Pac-12 programs impressed him - especially Stanford as he raved about the coaching staff, the facilities and the campus.
"It was very impressive," Dublanko said. "I didn't know much about the campus before and when I went there it was kind of shocking to see how amazing that place is. It was really special.
"We're going to go to camp and they seemed pretty interested when we were there so we'll see what happens."
Cal was the first stop last weekend for Dublanko, a 6-foot-3, 228-pound recruit who has been offered by Mississippi State, Washington State, Akron and Montana so far.
The 2016 recruit talked with the coaches, was impressed by the new weight room and is definitely intrigued by the Golden Bears.
"They had a pretty impressive weight room," Dublanko said. "They said it was about one-third the size before and they said it was about 100 yards long so it was pretty impressive.
"They kept saying they're pretty new and just getting into it. I had a feeling they liked me when I was there so hopefully it will pick up even more."
A lot of interest is coming in for Dublanko, who said Arizona, UCLA, USC and Washington are getting more involved.
Over a recent break, the Aberdeen standout visited Washington and said he liked the new coaching staff. With their success at Boise State, Dublanko said he believes good things could be coming to the Huskies.
"We had mid-winter break so during that time we went up there and met with all the coaches," Dublanko said.
"They're very nice. I liked them. You can tell they know what they're doing and what they did at Boise State with the resources they had. From Boise State to UW is a step up in terms of resources and recruits they bring in so I can see them doing really good stuff there."
