DT Wilkins expects more offers

So far Boston College is the only school that has offered Kevin Wilkins, a rising junior defensive tackle from Montvale (N.J.) St. Joseph's.
It's still early and Wilkins believes it won't be long until more offers will come in.

"Miami, Rutgers and UConn are looking at me and I talked to Michigan a while ago," Wilkins said this weekend. "I know Miami, Rutgers and UConn are really, really interested.
"I've talked to some of their coaches or recruiters. I've really talked to Coach Flood from Rutgers a lot. Those are the main schools I've been talking to."
Wilkins has been to Boston College numerous times and said the Eagles are a definite option for him. He just wants to take his time and find out what all of his offers will be before making any decisions.
So what does he think about Rutgers , his home state school and one of the schools really starting to push hard for him.
"It's a good school," he said. "They work hard. I grew up kinda going there a lot because I know a lot of people that went to Rutgers. It's a good school and I've got a lot of friends there. One of my best friends, Darius Hamilton, will be going there.
"I'm just going into my junior year, though, so hopefully I'll get some more looks. That's what I'm waiting for."
