DT Arthurs ready for spring road trips

Wheaton (Ill.) junior defensive tackle prospect Chris Arthurs (6-foot-1, 260 pounds) has continued to check out several junior day events this winter, and Arthurs is also looking at having a very busy spring agenda.
"I was at the Rivals.com Junior Media Day last Saturday," Arthurs said. "It was a really cool event for myself and my Dad. I thought that the event was very educational, and I was also surprised that both Tony (Moeaki) and Dace (Richardson) were featured guests. It was great to hear them tell their recruiting stories along with the other players."

Arthurs is planning to hit the road during his upcoming spring break.
"I'm going to try and head out to see some spring practices and some spring games. I'm looking at checking out Illinois, Notre Dame, Northwestern, Purdue, Michigan, Iowa and Northern Illinois. I want to get a better feeling for each school this spring, and I'm still getting steady mail from those schools."
Arthurs has also begun to receive mail from a few new suitors.
"I would say that both Boston College and Michigan State are two schools that have started to send me mail on a regular basis. I'm definitely interested in both of those schools. I'm really interested in just getting a chance to play at the next level, and I'll listen to any schools that are willing to recruiting me."
