Doughty with big junior campaign

Brandon Doughty is a junior quarterback prospect from Coconut Creek (Fla.) North Broward High School. Doughty, 6-3.5 and 186 pounds, threw for 2,400 yards, 26 touchdowns and six interceptions. He also rushed for seven touchdowns.
"I think I have a good arm and make good decisions with the ball," Doughty said. "That is something I have been getting better each week. We are now in the off-season and I want to start working on speed and quick feet."

So far Doughty doesn't have any scholarship offers but says that Clemson, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Auburn, UCF, and Tennessee are showing him interest.
"I don't have any favorites at this time and I hope to get some offers soon. I will be patient about it. Right now I just want to get better.
"My decision will come down to coaching style. I will have to be with these guys for four years so stability is important. Location is big to because my parents will like to come to see me play. I wouldn't mind playing up north. We have lots of family in Chicago."
Doughty has been to one UCF game and may go to Tallahassee this weekend for the Florida/FSU game.
Doughty carries a 3.5 grade point average.
