Dosh Decides

Richmond (Va.) Benedictine quarterback Patrick Dosh announced his intentions at a press conference today at 1PM Est. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound signal-caller will be heading to....
"I'm going to Virginia Tech," said Dosh who answered the phone in head coach Gene Smith's office. "I just finished the press conference a second ago."

When asked why he chose Tech, Dosh had many reasons.
"First off would be the people," he said. "Coach Beamer and his staff are all great people. The second reason is the fans. When I was at the Miami game and Tech blocked that punt, I was thrown three rows back when I started to cheer. That place is nuts and I've been around a lot of college stadiums, but nothing compares. The last reason is that Tech expects to win it all. On my visit they have a glass trophy case that is designated for the national championship trophy. I want to help them get there in any way I can."
Dosh chose Tech over North Carolina and James Madison.
"It was an easy decision because I knew in my heart that Virginia Tech was for me," he said. "I knew it since that visit."
