Dorsey speedy sleeper gettng looks

Keep your eyes on emerging running back Jorrian Washington (5-8, 165, 4.45) from Los Angeles (Calif.) Dorsey is having an outstanding senior season helping the Dons to a 5-1 record. Washington is following a long Dorsey tradition for excellent running back play.
Washington was the heir apparent to take over the running back for Johnathan Franklin, now the starter for UCLA, but he separated his shoulder in the first game and he ended up missing the season, hence his sleeper status.

But in 2009, Washington is making up for lost time. So far for his senior season, Washington has displayed very quick feet, elusiveness, and has shown that he is very hard to tackle.
In his six games, Washington already has over 1,000 all-purpose yards, 700-plus of those are rushing yards and seven touchdowns
"Jorrian is lighting fast and very elusive," Dorsey assistant coach Carver Russaw said. "But yet, he run inside the tackle as well as he can to the outside. He has the ability to make people miss with his instinctive moves."
Things are picking up for Washington on the recruiting trail, as he has recently received phone calls from three D-I schools.
"Washington, Washington State and San Diego State have called," Washington said. "Washington State said they could use me as a wildcat running back and quarterback. I can throw it a little bit, but I mostly run the ball."
Washington and his Dorsey teammates play Los Angeles (Calif.) Manual Arts next week, but a huge contest against archrival Los Angeles (Calif.) Crenshaw looms ahead on November 6th and that could be for the Coliseum League crown.
Keep an eye on Washington as he is making plays and opening the eyes of western D-I schools.
