"Washington State's new staff really work well together," Williams said. "The players were really truthful with us and they told they really like the new staff. They feel the new staff will turn the Washington State program around.
"I liked the college town atmosphere," Williams said. "Sports are pretty much the only show in town so there is a lot of fan support.
"Washington State has a lot of good facilities," Williams said. "I really liked Washington State and I am very interested in them.
"Right now I will get offered if a scholarship opens up," Williams said. "If a scholarship opens up I could see myself going to Washington State.
"UCLA has my film and they are evaluating me," Williams said. "My position coach is talking to UCLA defensive coordinator, DeWayne Walker and if a scholarship becomes available then I could get recruited by UCLA.
"Arizona is coming to my school today (Tuesday Jan. 22)," Williams said. "They called my coach over the weekend and according to my coach they could trip me, but for now I have trips scheduled to Villanova and Colorado State.
