Dorman picks up second offer

Things just keep moving faster for Birdville, Texas junior quarterback Tommy Dorman.
It was just a few weeks ago that the 6-foot-2, 185-pounder received his first scholarship offer from Texas A&M after taking in the campus at a junior day. His next two junior days were at SMU and TCU. Now, Dorman has another offer and several more probably on their way.

"TCU has offered me and Texas A&M has offered me now," Dorman said. "The ones that are looking to also offer in the near future are probably SMU, Texas, and Oklahoma State. They're all recruiting me pretty hard."
Dorman, who plans to attend the Rivals.com junior day this Saturday, says that he'll be taking in his next junior in Austin, Texas.
"I'm going to Texas' junior day on Sunday," Dorman said. "The coaches seem to be looking forward to seeing me there and from what I hear, we'll have a lot to talk about."
Dorman, the offensive MVP for his district, is running and lifting weights in the off-season. As far as recruiting goes, he's just taking his time.
Apparently, no matter who offers next, Dorman is planning on waiting to make a decision.
"I just want to wait and see where I feel comfortable," Dorman said. "I'm not in a hurry to make a decision."
Regardless, the first junior days have impressed this Lone Star signal caller.
"Texas A&M was a good one to start with," he said. "I was very impressed. I was also really impressed with what I saw at SMU."
