Does Ware have a favorite

One of the top all-around athletes in the Northeast has a rare combination of size and speed that most high school prospects would love to have. There are no questions about wide receiver/safety Sean Ware's potential. But does he have a leader?
"Yes sir, UConn is still right up there above the others," said Ware. "I live in Connecticut, and it's been really exciting to see their program improve so much in the last couple of years. They have a great new stadium and they're just moving in the right direction. I've still got a while before I have to decide, and I'm sure I'll see offers come in. But for now UConn is number one."

At 6-foot-3 and 205-pounds, the Bristol (Ct.) Central athlete runs the 40-yard dash in 4.4 seconds. He has excellent potential, and once his game becomes more polished he could become one of the top receiver prospects in the class.
"I get a lot of mail from Penn State, Iowa, Wisconsin and some others, but right now I'm not really narrowing things down. I can't lie and say UConn isn't number one, but I'm not limiting myself to just them. There are a lot of schools out there that like me, and I'm sure when I begin to study the schools more I'll find that there are a lot of schools I like."
As a junior Ware did most of his work on defense, recording 70 tackles and four interceptions. He also caught 23 passes for 450 yards on offense.
